Field Teams
The Sarvajal Field Teams are currently divided into the follow two groups:
Franchise Business Development (FBD): The two members of this team are responsible for visiting current franchisees. During a visit, the FBD team member speaks with the franchisee about the general state of their business, checks on the water filtration machine, and then visits the community to both check on current consumers as well as recruit new ones.
Sales: The three members of this team are responsible for screening prospective franchisees. This includes speaking with the prospective franchisees, site visits to check their quality of water/electricity/space necessary to install a machine, and final selection of the franchisee.
Part of my job as Marketing Manager will be to asses the current function and action of both teams, and making adjustments to improve performance.
